Cardio line dancing is a type of low-impact line dancing that follows the HIIT method. Participants dance in a group to a choreographed routine in several rows. Typically line dances change direction to all four walls; however, at times the routine may only consist of utilizing one wall or two walls. Golden Groove Fit is beginner friendly; we break down the line dances step by step so every participant can not only have fun, but also look good while busting a groove. Golden Groove Fit does not limit the genres of music which we groove to inasmuch we love many genres such as Country, Zydeco, R&B Soul, Pop, Blues, and many more.
