No.  The only requirement necessary is the desire to participate. We have fun in our classes and although we dance as a group, each individual can go at their own pace. We have a “judgment free zone” in my classes and everyone is accepted and encouraged regardless of their level of skill. 

While being on-time is encouraged, you aren’t penalyzed for being late. We request you slide on in with minimal interruption to the group. Catch up with what we are working on and ENJOY!

Although part of the reason I began this business was to promote better health for myself and others, Golden Groove Fit, LLC is not a medical profession nor do we supply medical advice. We do encourage everyone, especially those with existing health issues or health issues in the past, to confur with their doctor anytime they begin any type of exercise activity.

I can choreograph a “mob flash dance” in line dancing style. This would be considered private lessons for you and the parties involved. I have different levels of packages, the deluxe of which, I can attend the wedding to ensure the dance goes off smoothly. Contact me and we can discuss this further.
